When we planned a knock-down Rebuild of our old house, we started our search for a builder who can build us something that we have imagined in our heads within our budget & timeframe.
The best thing we felt is the process. Unlike other builders, they get almost all items selected before you sign the contract so that there are less changes of variations. After a knock-down & all council approvals, they took possession of our site in June 2023 & they were ready with Keys to handover in Dec 2023 before Christmas.
Of course, every build has some expectations Vs execution issues and cause a few rifts. But overall it was an amazing experience. We got the final product as we wanted. Many of our friends & office colleagues shared their building experience with other builders & we found ourselves lucky to have Kurmond Homes as our builder.
